The room was lovely and clean. Hotel was basic but functional. Shower head set at low height- in line with my belly button. This made showering less pleasant.

Recommended only with breakfast.

We stayed with a tour group for 3 days at Hotel Satel in Poprad.
Registration began with check-in and ID for each person.
Reception was fine. Parking for bus was provided.
The hotel is quite central, it is not far to a shopping market.
The hotel is newly renovated, but with minor flaws.
The light switches in the shower and toilets are
Attached inside, takes some getting used to. No holders for the toilet paper.
In the shower there is a risk of slippage, tiles that are too smooth.
The breakfast at the hotel was good, the dinner with too little variety.
Right in front of the hotel there is an ice cream shop with very moderate prices.
Highly recommended.

Recommended Hotel to stay

Good service.
We arrived early in the morning and asked for storage luggage. The conceige gave us the key to lock our luggage.
When we checked in at night, we were surprised to get upgrade to family room.
The room is clean, bed and pillows suited us and we had good sleep there for 2 days.
The breakfast buffet has lots of varieties.
It closes to bus station and train station. The shopping mall is nearby.
Staff are nice. I would recommend to stay.

Large hotel. Rooms adequate size ,clean Bed comfy clean,rooms are older style,bathroom & toilet are separate little odd . Fridge/tv with BBC English news/hairdryer. Kettles & Cups upon request. Breakfast buffet usual suspects adequate.Opposite is pizza takeway and icecream shop & restaurant. Short walk to bus station, trains, and Town..long walk to pretty Old Town. Large shopping centre close by. Tourist information in Town is excellent . No public transport from the airport* Overall good choice no frills.
