zaboravili su na našu rezervaciju, they forgot about our reservation
My family actually didnt spend a second here. I personally booked 2 rooms for 5 persons in total (2 adults and 3 children, going to karate competition). Upon arrival, around 9:00 p.m., they realized that their rooms had been rented out to others because the person who received the reservation had forgotten about it. No further comments from me.
