Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, very clean and lovely breakfast. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. We didn't book in advance and we arrived pretty late. Fortunately they had a room available. We especially liked the breakfast, lots of different things to eat....

The hotel staff is implementing tourism service very badly. The staff providing breakfast service should be warned. My young friend who serves drinks in the lobby in the evening, you may be the best person in that hotel. I think tourism services in the world should not vary according to people.

Very practical - was passing through!

Close to the motorway, the access is well signposted - large modern room, brand new bathroom - also clean, better than expected - breakfast from 7am and plentiful and generous - so the price is right! Staff competent and friendly! I'd be happy to come back! G.k.

To avoid if you want to sleep

This hotel rents its rooms for events with very loud music even though it is not soundproofed at all. Worse, the central staircase forms a cage which allows the sound to rise even better to the rooms. We can already hear all the noises from neighboring rooms, but the music doesn't allow us to sleep at all.
Next, the bathroom was dirty, with the shower drain partially blocked (it's not very pleasant to end up with water up to your ankles!) and mold around the shower. The toilet flush buttons were broken, you had to hurt your fingers to flush! There were also bedbugs in the room (I had to kill several...)
In addition, my rating was completely false, the negotiated rates (I went there as part of a cat show) not having been applied. The poor young man at the reception had all the trouble in the world to rectify everything. There wasn't even a manager present to help him!
In short, a hotel that has nothing to do with a 4 star.
Finally, it is far from everything, you absolutely need a car but, if you are unfortunate enough to return when there is an event in the hotel, there is no place to park!
In conclusion, a hotel to avoid, I think you can find much better in Belgrade...

AVOID AT ALL COST!

This hotel caters to "friends with benefits" with shady faces, and you will do yourself a favor to avoid! The staff is unfriendly, they make you book two nights as they do not allow you to book just one night. The sheets had blood on them and beds had some sort of cover that you would put under a child that wets a bad at night. Overall, horrible stay, unfriendly staff, very noisy, breakfast average, in the middle of nowhere, very expensive for what you get, so never again!
