Customer Service amazing, the people and the staff very polite, friendly and always with a beautiful cheerful smile.
Breakfast and food spot on.
My room was just the perfect fit, had everything that I needed. One thing that is lacking, should have phones in the room, other than that. Amazing hotel, good location to town. Service amazing. The staff amazing. Hotel I highly recommend. Very happy customer.

We had 2 rooms. A room above the bar/restaurant and the other on the poolside. The one above the bar was very outdated and basic. The sheets we had were stained and the mattress too. Our fridge was fine and the TV didn't even work. Dissapointed we never had a basic microwave to heat up food for our small child. The water in the bathroom was always cold, which was fine in the afternoon and evening but not early morning when you want a warm shower to get ready for the day.
The room by the pool was a lot better with a bigger bathroom that always had hot water, an outdoor table and chairs but the fridge had no shelves so couldn't store much without things falling out. The bathroom it's self, in both rooms do need major upgrades as you can see paint and grout peeling.
They don't have self service laundry facilities, although they do provide a service where they do it at 3tala per item. The pool was clean and refreshing and the restaurant was always quite popular and busy in the evening. Prices there were reasonable an food was enjoyable. Breakfast was very, very basic and bland.
We had a young man who was very, very polite and always helped us with our luggage or anything we needed we needed help with. Majority of the staff were pleasant to deal with. Parking became an issue if they had something on and the public took up a lot of the customer parking so you had no assigned room parking which was a hassle when you things to cart back to the room.
Although cheap and affordable if you're on a budget, it could still up it's standards.
Overall, I personally wouldn't stay here again and doubt I would reccomend it either

Absolutely disgusting
Please avoid this hotel. It is disgraceful. They advertise breakfast is included. It’s pig food. You are better off to pay for breakfast! There’s much better choices in Samoa.

Has definitely improved - has all the amenities needed for a business trip and even a short holiday.
Helpful staff and clean amenities - so nice to be able to use the pool knowing it is cleaned regularly - please check chlorine amount as sometimes the smell of chlorine is quite strong - but otherwise the pool is well maintained.
Only concern is that we had a room with a door with a poorly functioning bolt to lock it - this needs to be replaced with something safer as can be easily broken into.
Otherwise we had a good stay which was private, not noisy and gave me a place to work comfortably in

Didn’t have a spare toilet roll had to go down and get it myself. They didn’t change the towels once again had to do it myself. My sis and I had drinks out on the balcony on our first night we left the empties neatly on the side of the table …two days later they were still there. However staff were nice and the meal in the restaurant was enjoyable.
