The very best time!!!
We had a fantastic stay at Sandals Saint Lucia and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. The staff were exceptional throughout the resort, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The food options were excellent, with plenty of variety and something to suit every taste. There was also a great selection of entertainment, ensuring there was always something fun happening day and night.
A very special mention goes to Alicisa and Amiah at the Market Café – affectionately known as “Double Trouble”! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. After one particularly lively evening, they even made me a hangover cure of soda water and bitters, which worked wonders! They also showed incredible kindness by purchasing Epsom salts and bringing them in for my dad, who had a swollen foot. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care were greatly appreciated and made a real difference to our holiday.
We would also like to recognise Saraline, the manager at the Market Café. She was always friendly, approachable, and delivered outstanding customer service. She ran the establishment like a friendly, well-oiled ship, and it was clear that both guests and staff held her in high regard.
Another special thank you goes to Desma and Laverne at the Rendezvous Bar. They were truly the hosts with the most, keeping us entertained, hydrated, and supplied with some of the best cocktails we’ve ever tasted. Their energy, humour, and hospitality added so much to our experience.

Amazing Anniversary Trip!
We came to St. Lucia to celebrate our 15 year anniversary and this resort and island did not disappoint. We were in a preferred club room and our butler Michael did an amazing job always staying ahead of our needs (extra water, drinks/food by pool & beach, and booking dinner reservations). Also, we wanted to give a shout out to Debiana, Tasha and Edmond who were amazing servers at the preferred beach and pool. They brought so much positivity and amazing service to the guests. We did an excursion with Joy’s adventure tours which picks you up from the beach at Secrets and it was so much fun and we felt well taken care of as we explored the island (mud baths, waterfall, lunch and snorkeling).

Secrets St. Lucia Review
I stayed at Secrets for my birthday trip, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and celebrated. They surprised me with a birthday cake and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and started the trip off in the best way. It immediately made the experience feel special, and throughout the rest of the stay, the staff continued to be the highlight of everything. The check-in process was not the best at first, but Asher really helped turn things around. He took the time to show us the amenities, explain the coupons, and make sure we understood what was available to us during our stay. That extra effort made a big difference and helped us feel more comfortable and welcomed after arrival.
The staff was truly the best part of the entire experience. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, adaptive, and helpful, and they really made the stay feel special. I especially want to highlight the 2 individuals from the entertainment team Merkell and Aaron. They brought such great energy and made the entertainment so enjoyable throughout the trip. The entertainment overall was great and definitely added to the experience. Some of the moments that stood out the most were Caribbean dance night, the singers and live bands, the Michael Jackson show, and other evening performances. Dre and Andreas, the singers, were especially amazing and added such a nice touch to the atmosphere. One small suggestion would be to include more Caribbean music, especially since we are in the Caribbean. That would have made the experience even more authentic. However, the entertainment was still very enjoyable and made the nights a lot more fun. The speakeasy was also an amazing addition for the nightlife and gave us guests another great place to enjoy the evening. I also want to recognize the other staff members who made the stay even better: Stepharn, Maureen, Pheo, Lily, Chester, Orlando, Sydney, Janee, Odessa, Shovonki, Kim, and Jeinine. The bartenders were also amazing, and honestly, all the staff in general really added to the experience. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable. Apologies to those I did not mention, you are all great.
The drinks were good overall, although unless you are premium, you do not always get the well-known alcohol brands. Because of that, some drinks may not taste as good unless they are mixed into a cocktail. Still, the bartenders did a great job and were always friendly.
The food was also really good. Seaside Grill stood out the most to me, especially the steak, chicken, and desserts. The overnight menu at La Petit was also really good, with a lot of variety, and the staff there were very welcoming as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great, which made the stay feel even more comfortable.
Overall, this was a really enjoyable trip. The food, entertainment, cleanliness, and drinks were all good, but the staff were absolutely the highlight. They are what made the experience memorable and would be the main reason I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay
We spent a week at the Resort. The staff made the place. They were friendly and attentive. Shout out to Joanne and Agnes at the breakfast buffet. The food was good, drinks were much too sweet. Would have liked to have seen some fresh juice option instead of syrup. The room was clean, modern and the mini bar was filled. The beach was amazing, very clean and safe. We come back.
