Great experience!

I liked everything very much - clean, cozy, like home, the staff is polite, the residents are also nice. It's nice to be in such a place. I rented the bottom bunk in a mixed dormitory room for 6 people, but I felt very comfortable, since there was a curtain separating the individual space, and the neighbors were nice and quiet, respectful of each other. You are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the hostel - which is a definite plus. There is no curfew, they give you a key to the front door, so you can walk as much as you want. Smoking is only allowed on the opposite side of the road from the hostel location - no unpleasant smell for non-smokers! Shops are all within walking distance - Magnit (with coffee to go), Pyaterochka, Dixie, and other grocery stores, bakeries, and there is also a cafe on the next street where you can buy a huge shawarma for only 98 rubles! Photos of the rooms are real (everything looks like that). You are given your own locker and basket for accessories, which is very convenient! In general, it was nice to meet you, we will come back and recommend it!)))
PS: Lots of pictures, figurines, owl toys - a special cuteness and atmosphere! Plus everything inside is stylish and creative!
I wish hostel "Owl" good visitors and further prosperity! Hooray!

"Sova" ("Owl") is not just to sleep in!

My son and I had a chance to stay at this hotel in August 2015. The first thing we were impressed by was its location: a real St.Petersburg street, narrow, with old grey buildings. When you get inside you at once feel yourself at home: cosy rooms and a spacious kitchen, clean bathrooms and owls everywhere! Not alive, of couse, but pictures and statues of them as you can see on the photos. You can have everything you might need, from a hair-dryer to a piece of advice on sightseeing or shopping.The hostess is a charming lady, the best one we've ever met. She does everything around the hostel herself and she does it as if it's her own house. So, a wonderful place, a great service and a very quiet sleep you'll get at the Sova (Owl) Hostel.

Уютное место

Вот вы знаете, говорят: "Дом там, где тебе хорошо".
Определённо, хостел "Сова" можно описать фразой "Как дома". Я впервые посетил подобного рода место в Санкт-Петербурге и был впечатлён. Великолепная атмосфера, добрые и вежливые администраторы, очень компанейские. Дизайн радует глаз, никаких вещей советских времён, всё очень современно. Тепло и уютно. Словами не передать насколько всё хорошо. Чистое постельное бельё, свежее полотенце, сияющие санитарные узлы. Прекрасно!
"Чай, кофе, потанцуем": в любой момент можно выпить чай или приготовить себе еду. И поговорить с администратором обо всём :)
Жаль, что не застал котика :(
Обобщая вышесказанное, хочется сказать, что я определённо буду рекомендовать это место знакомым со 100% уверенностью, что они не ошибутся с выбором. Обязательно приеду ещё раз как только смогу :)

Ужасное отношение к клиентам!!!

Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким отвратительным отношением к проживающим! Нигде нет информации о том, что проживает кот, мы аллергики. После отказа заселяться нам не вернули полную стоимость, и перекинули вину на нас.
В хостеле очень мало удобств, всего 2 стола, 1 комфорка на всех! Всего 1 душ и туалет. Полы холодные, в номере холодно. Проигнорировали запрос о двуспальной кровати (даже не ответили). Здесь будут вам улыбаться, пока им это удобно и выгодно!

Уважаемая Мария!
Как мы Вам уже и объясняли тысячу раз, мы pets-friendly хостел.
У Вас в подтверждении бронирования написано этом: у нас разрешено проживание с животными.
Будучи аллергиками, нужно обращать внимание на такие вещи при бронировании.
Остальным гостям наш кот очень даже нравится:)
При том, он не живёт у нас, а приходит погостить.
Насчет возврата! В целях экономии Вы воспользовались невозвратным тарифом.
Жаловаться, что Вам не вернули деньги - это как-то неэтично...
Душа и туалета - у нас два. Везде тепло, хорошо и уютно, но это только для тех, кто умеет радоваться жизни и быть счастливым человеком:)

P.S. А вот улыбаться - нам всегда удобно, мы любим адекватных гостей.

Потрясающий дом!

Сова - это действительно дом! Останавливались там два раза, будем в Питере приедем еще! Отношение к гостям не "отелевское", а "домашнее" - как будто зашел с прогулки к друзьям в гости)) Администраторы всегда интересуются как день прошел, где были, что видели - это приятно!!! Могут подсказать что можно посмотреть и как добраться. Ремонт в "Сове" классный, по дому везде улыбаются совушки. Дом чистый, уютный, есть стиральная машинка, и все необходимые мелочи (на кухне, в душевой). В доме две душевые кабинки и два туалета - очередей нет))). Тихий район и в тоже время в шаговой доступности все достопримечательности - мы везде пешком ходили. Рядом с домом есть магазин, столовая и парк!!! Цены в доме приятно радуют! ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЕХАТЬ В ГОСТИ К СОВЕ!!!!!
