Из всех хостелов в разных городах нашей необъятной, где мне доводилось останавливаться, хочу отметить этот. Обычно я нахожу к чему придраться, но не в этом случае. Везде чистота и порядок, особенно хочется отметить просторную уютную кухню. Везде свежий ремонт, удобные спальные места. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Расположен хостел в центре, рядом есть кафешки, магазины и остановки общественного транспорта. Останавливалась на две ночи на майских праздниках. Дело было после пасхи, постояльцев угощали куличом))) Только приятные впечатления, так держать!

Terrible place

Visitors with allergies are not welcome here. Cats, rats, mice and cockroaches live on the territory.
There is nowhere to store things. We encountered theft of personal belongings. The administrators shrug. All services, except for being on the premises, are paid. You have to eat surrounded by all the inhabitants: cats walk around the rooms, rats and mice dine at the same table with visitors. And cockroaches love to jump on your head at the most unexpected moment. On the other hand - impressions for life.

Хотели разместить в этом хостеле строителей из соседних городов, выбрали хостел по красивым фотографиям, приятному интерьеру и близости к месту работ. Администратор (управляющая) изначально заявила 60 мест, потом в разговоре постепенно стала уменьшать это количество, потом завысила стоимость за 1 человека с 500 до 600, аргументировав это "такой контингент не очень, после них ремонт надо будет делать". Наша компания не принимает такого предвзятого отношения к людям, поэтому решили не размещать своих работников в этом месте. И сотрудничать с людьми, считающими строителей "людьми второго сорта или нижнего класса" мы тоже не хотим.

Никогда больше

Антигостеприимство и ноль клиентоориентированности. Время посещения хостела 23:29 (несмотря на то, что везде заявлено, что хостел работает до 00:00, не стали даже открывать дверь, оставив ночевать на улице в незнакомом городе). В домофон ответили , что если нет брони, то они не пустят. У людей бывают разные обстоятельства, бывает, что телефон разрядился...
Будьте готовы остаться на улице, если решите посетить это «гостеприимное место».

Коммуналка 21-го века...

Хостелы этой сети работают уже более чем в двух десятках городов РФ. Примерно год назад открылся «РУС» и в Самаре. Место для него было выбрано в старинном особняке на центральной улице города – Куйбышевской, по соседству с Лютеранской кирхой. При СССР в этом доме были длиннющие коридоры с коммуналками. Теперь здесь музей Горького (на 3-м этаже) и недорогой приют для путешественников этажом ниже…:)
Для хостела, пожалуй, самый главный пункт – чистота. В этом плане в самарском «РУС» всё хорошо. Обстановка современная, жилые комнаты (их пять разных типов) аккуратные. Весьма прилично выглядят и общественные помещения - кухня, туалеты (по два для женщин и мужчин), душевые. Последние – общие. При входе в комнату, где они расположены, справа есть шкаф, за створками которого «спрятана» стиральная машинка. Каждому гостю полагается по два полотенца – большое и крошечное, похожее на салфетку. Гель и шампунь в пакетиках можно попросить у администратора. Фен предоставляется гостям хостела по запросу
Вход в хостел через подъезд на улице Куйбышева, 113. На площадке 2-го этажа, с левой стороны, есть звонок. Свою обувь надо снимать и оставлять в специальных боксах при входе. Тапочки выдают.
Основная часть номеров (5 из 6) – справа, их окна выходят на центральную улицу Самары. Кухня чуть дальше по коридору слева, а за углом уже и все «удобства».
Кухня довольно большая и хорошо оборудованная: огромные холодильники, электрическая плита, микроволновки, чайники, много всякой посуды… «Посадочных» мест порядка десяти. Можно и приготовить себе что-то, и просто погреть готовую еду. Благо, рядом с хостелом немало пекарен. Чай и кофе для гостей в любое время и без ограничений по системе «самообслуживание». Не хватает только ТВ-фона: большой телевизор на стене точно не помешал бы!
Нет ТВ и в семейном номере, который, на мой взгляд, несколько переоценён. Всё-таки за 1600 - 1700 рублей в центре Самары под вечер почти всегда можно снять ОТДЕЛЬНЫЙ номер в 3-звёздочном отеле. А здесь примерно за такую же сумму – комнатёнка без телевизора и с удобствами на этаже. Правда, есть шикарный балкон, с которого открывается красивый вид на город. Но для осени и зимы сие совсем неактуально. Кстати, улица очень шумная, стеклопакеты полностью её звуки не гасят. Да и звукоизоляция внутри слабенькая, что, впрочем, типично для подобных гостиниц и хостелов.
Стойка RECEPTION работает до 23 часов, это надо учитывать. Персонал вполне адекватный, однако сама процедура оформления гостей излишне заформализована и затянута.
Что касается завтрака, то он готовится гостями самостоятельно и состоит из пакетика овсяной каши и шоколадных хлопьев с молоком. Исходя из такого набора, фраза на Букинге о включенном «Очень хорошем завтраке» выглядит весьма забавно. Правильнее, конечно, указывать «Континентальный завтрак включён». Но даже и при такой формулировке стоило бы добавить йогурт и круассан …:)
В общем, если финансы ограничены, перекантоваться здесь, конечно, можно. Но только ночку, не более того…:)
