Very nice people!

We stayed here for 2 nights during the World Cup when we came to see England play Sweden. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were really lovely. We ate in the restaurant bar one evening and the food was great and the atmosphere was convivial. The staff gave us a wonderful miniature boots as a gift of luck. All in All we had a great time. Thank you!

Bad option

I come to world cup 2018 i paid $250 usd expensive and anybody help me to clean my room, the breakfast it’s better don’t eat they have prices like 5 stars ( right now in world cup) and service i think one i give a favor, NEVER HERE!

Dear Edgarf58, we want to thank you for your feedback, because thanks to them we try to be better and correct mistakes! We are very sorry that Your stay with us left not a very good impression. Prices, according to the law, during the world Cup were raised throughout Samara. The room rate already includes Breakfast and we do not charge an additional fee, only if it is not guests who do not live in our hotel. As for the cleaning of the room, we had a conversation with the maids and again apologize for this incident! We hope that the next visit will leave you only a good impression!

Far Far away from city with no else to go

Average hotel located 30 minute from Airport and city centre. There is nothing to do around, unless you like adventures in dark villages in the middle of nowhere.
Restaturant is empty and average as well.
Breakfast is preset and has to be preordered. Choice is poor.

Не первый год останавливаемся в этом отеле командой детей горнолыжников. Всё отлично. Чисто, вкусно. Удачное расположение. Трансфер с вокзала и на гору. Вежливый персонал. Спасибо вам, а также Юлии Каляевой. До встречи в следующем году!

Отдых на горнолыжном курорте.

Ну очень хороший отель, замечательный! Очень современный , комфортный , отличное питание , баня, сауна, бассейн, тренажерный зал! Удобное расположение, радушный доброжелательный персонал! Удобное бронирование , хорошие цены.
