Not worth the money

The hotel is outdated. The pool and spa area are in a very bad shape. The showers from the spa don’t even work.
We booked a family deluxe. The room was decent, very spacious, and clean. The bed had soft mattress. The furniture and the carpet looked old. The room door made a terrible noise each time we closed it.
We especially enjoyed the restaurant and the staff.
Unfortunately, all in all the hotel is not worth the money. It is definitely not a 4* hotel, but rather a 2*. We will not return here.

Not four real stars

Furniture in the room and bathroom rather old fashioned and looking really shady, bad draining sink, no facilities at all for a cup of tea or coffee, malfunctioning tv, no table, no slippers (as four stars hotels do have)
Instead the room was big with magnificent Mountain View, rather clean.
Breakfast reasonably good.

A 3*+ hotel

The rooms are spacious, even if not all of them have a balcony. The furniture needs some maintenance/replacement as is quite old. A big plus is the indoor pool which is large and the sauna, even if, due to pandemic situation, wasn't functional. The food served at the restaurant is average (nothing extraordinary, but not tastless). We liked the breakfast and the staff atittude. We will come back!

Not four stars, for sure!

The hotel probably had 4 real stars when had been opened, many years ago. Now you will find very old furniture, old equipments, windows can’t be closed properly. The SPA is a fiasco, I wonder how come it is still open, most likely no authority is checking their services....more then half of the showers are not working, the jacuzzi has cold water, sauna is not working. The water had a bad smell. The radiator from the bathroom can’t be stopped, for this reason the temperature from the room reaches very high values, 28-29 degrees. For sure I will not come back!

Disappointing-not 4 stars for sure.

Hotel:
Minus:
- unprofessional receptionist, (did not know how to talk to clients) and was dressed in training
- the room was with old and unrepaired furniture (an armchair lacked a pillow, the table had a broken leg)
- cold on the hallway that leads from the hotel to the restaurant
- cold in the hallway leading from the center of the hotel to the secondary one where I was staying
- to order something from the lobby bar we always had to go to the reception to ask someone to serve us
Restaurant:
Regarding the service provided by the waitresses, everything was fine, only appreciations.
Regarding the way the waiters served us, it was disappointing - I left with the feeling that I had tangled their plans and they had something else to do that night.
In terms of food, in the last night we had stomack problems: 3 of us had nausea and one was so bad that he had shed.

Final conclusion:
We certainly will not come back soon and definitely we do not recommend the location.
