Decent stay - could be better

I've spent a night here late october. I found the place to be beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a good stay but this is not a five star hotel. Don't get me wrong, it was a good stay but I felt tricked because my expectations were higher. There are some details that made me draw the conclusion that this is not a 5 star hotel. Firstly, the mini bar in the room is extraordinary well provided but extraordinary noisy - I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The hotel did provide a bottle of complementary filtered water in the room. I also had a tea bag but no tea pot and a coffee capsule but no coffee machine. I found that to be pretty funny. The quality of the towels and the room slippers is average - I've encountered those in 3 stars hotels. The TV is big but it doesn't have HD TV channels - there literally were 8 or 9 tv channels available - no news channels, no cartoon channels, no HD channels. On the other hand, the staff is great, the restaurant is awesome - had a great dinner there. The breakfast selection is decent with a lot of things to choose from. Didn't have time to visit the spa. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bad place overall but I don't consider it to deserve the 5 star rating.

A stop over for us on a roadtrip across Romania to Croatia. Excellent hotel we great staff, a conference was on but that didn’t impact the service or experience and the dinner was lovely.

Elegant hotel in Timisoara

I stay at this hotel which is 3 km from the old town.
Great attention to detail, from the reception entrance to the room.
Friendly and helpful staff but respectful of privacy.
The room furnished minimal, well-kept and comfortable.
Spacious bathroom, perhaps with some tricks on cleaning the shower tiles would have been ideal.
Breakfast I would have expected more variety.
Nevertheless both sweet and salty it was of excellent quality and fresh
Hotel restaurant instead, superb.

Lovely experience in Timoşara

Location was perfect for the business event
Nice welcoming atmosphere
Rooms are suitable and clean
The area is calm
Staff is very friendly and helpful specially the guys at the restaurant and housekeeping, but there is always no dessert option available
Room amenities are good but there was no tooth paste
