Great stay
Lovely hostess, beautiful rooms. Very clean, well equipped. Great view from the large windows. Every small detail for a comfortable stay was thought about. Anett was very nice and pleasant both when we arrived and left. Free WiFi and free parking are available for the guests.

I do not recommend
I had forgotten to mention that booking notified me of the cancellation, but only the next morning did the lady cancel the reservation, with the mention that we did not show up at check-in.
Our experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this guesthouse to anyone (maybe the owner will change).
I made a reservation through booking for 2 adults, 24.08, one night. (we drove 7 hours from Oradea and wanted to relax for a night in Sovata, where my parents were already and he was going to take our child).
We arrived at the accommodation together with our 4-year-old dwarf, to show him where mommy and daddy will stay, to leave our luggage and then we were going to take the dwarf to his grandparents to go with Mocanita and stay with them afterwards.
The owner, instead of "Good day" or "Welcome", greeted us with "Aaaah, there are 3 of you. You made a reservation for 2". I explained to him that our boy will sleep with his grandparents and that there is no reason for "panic or scenarios", as he had already informed me. He led us to the studio where "take off your shoes on the brown carpet" and on the wall "you have the rules you must respect". Again he told me about the child (and again I clearly told him that he won't sleep with us) and to move the car 3 places down because that is the parking lot of the pension (there were 2 cars parked in the whole parking lot).
He left. I read the rules (some of them were absurd, but to each their own gongs right?). The husband went to get another net from the car, and again told him to move the car, but we were leaving in a maximum of 10 minutes, was it really an emergency?!
We left to take the dwarf, and after an hour I received a message from the booking office that the lady reported that 3 of us came to the accommodation instead of 2 people. ♀️
I called her to ask for an explanation, she claimed that it was just an information, that she is a very fair lady. I explained to him that if I came with my parents to show them where we live, he "caught fire" because it was private property and under no circumstances would he have allowed us. And her studio doesn't allow 2 adults and a child either.
Although on the page it mentions that children of any age are welcome, it is better to avoid this accommodation - according to the regulations, you must walk on tiptoes in the room and speak slowly so as not to disturb the other tenants. Dance probably doesn't have children because otherwise they would know that you can't keep a child in chains or tell them to be quiet when they raise their voice.
It was not our case, because, as I mentioned, the child did not sleep with us. I told the lady again that what she sent to booking is incorrect information.
More than an hour later, at 6:30 p.m., the booking office called me that the lady wanted to cancel the reservation because I came 3 instead of 2. I talked to the booking people, they had nothing to do regardless of my explanations. We had to go get our luggage again and look for another accommodation at 19.30 in the evening because the lady, probably for reasons totally unknown to us, canceled our accommodation. We called her 5 times to give her the much-loved room and to ask her for an explanation, but she didn't want to come out of hiding. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave any reviews on booking because I didn't sleep there. As for the booking, "we are happy to inform you that the lady agrees to give you a refund" because I had already paid through them.
It is of unprecedented acidity and abuses the owner's rights.
Even if it is the last accommodation in Sovata, I would not recommend it to anyone. The studio looks flawless for nothing, if people don't sanctify the place.

Amazingly Marvelous Place!!
My family stayed in Casa Anette for three weeks and enjoyed every single day there! It is extremely beautiful and comfortable place. The cleanliness and willingness of host to help are superb, we have been very much impressed. We also loved the location, which was very quiet, at the edge of the forest and yet in just few minutes walking from the center. The view from the window is just breathtaking. Certainly would like to come again!

Savrsena lokacija, odlican smestaj, ljubazna domacica.
Apartman koji smo uzeli je bio savrsen, sa tri spavace sobe, u koje se moze smestiti sedmoro ljudi, plus kuhinja, kupatilo i toalet. odlicno opremljeno, cisto, ima parking, internet, a relativno je blizu Medvedjeg jezera. Za svaku preporuku.

Хорошее расположение
Если Вы путешествуете на авто то хорошее место. До соляной шахты Прайд около 10 км. До медвежьего озера можно пешком дойти. Тихий , спокойный уголок. Были бы еще антимоскитные сетки и кондиционер , было бы отлично.
