Staff (one person) nice, help with luggage to the third floor as there are NO elevators.
Only 3 tight parking spots in front of the hotel, so if you arrived late you'll find no parking, and look for a spot on the street within 100 yards radius
No free breakfast either.

Good sleep but little hygiene

When arriving everything was very spacious and looked like a good, clean hotel that's definitely worth 3/4 stars as they claim.
When going into the bathroom to have a shower a few complications occurred:
- the towels were dirty
- The showerhead was broken so water would spray everywhere
- the cabin of the shower was not tightly sealed so the entire bathroom was flooded after one shower. (Fortunately that's why we had the leftover towels)
The bed was very comfortable however and made sure we had a good nights sleep.
After the owner apologized in a way that seemed like a lecture on how WE should have handled it in the middle of the night I dont feel like this hotel is actually worth 3 stars.

This is not a 3 stars hotel

I have stayed a few days and it was not a bad experience but not great either with the price that we have paid. The breakfast was not diverse, the food was the same every day, no options for lactose intolerance like lactose free cheese or yogurt. There was no AC and the fan was broken. There was dust in the rooms, no chairs or table in the balcony, terrible noise from the road and 3 towels for 2 people. The parking space was just for 4 cars even thought we have been told the parking is included we had to go park the car somewhere else, there was no reserved spot if you left you were losing the spot and even thought we have been told by the manager that he will keep a spot for us he didnt. There is no one at the reception during the night nor you can contact them via phone. The frige was not working properly and my food got bad. We had 2 rooms and one of it didnt had an wifi router.
Aside from that I would recommend it if they lower the prices and you have the expectations of a 2 stars hotel not 3.
The owner doesnt know how to take a complain. We have been asked if we have any complains and we mentioned about the parking space. He immediately told us that "we are too young to care about this". And I was thinking if something is happening with the car from parking it to an unsafe place will you pay for the damages? If you cant take a complain than dont ask for it.

Worst host ever!!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, as family. We had booked an apartment for 4 persons, paid for it and when we got there, the so called owner yelled at us saying that it is not possible to have the "penthouse" for the price we had paid. The so called luxury penthouse was more like a Red Light District apartment with torn and stained carpet, broken glass at the shower cabin, bathroom door handle broken, mould on the terrace, etc. One morning at breakfast I found one hair under the omlette. More, one day when we came earlier than usual at the hotel, our "luxury penthouse" was being used as a laundry room. We had to find the maid and ask her to clear the room.
The owner, all this time treated us like some inferior human beings, being VERY VERY rude, impolite and having no common sense.
Avoid this hotel if possible!
