Plain horrible

The place is run down, with furnishings of bad quality and poorly put together and the room was smelling moldy and musty. The bathroom walls are finished with sticky foil with a marble pattern is a feeble attempt to give the place a better look, pipes are running on the floor, shower is leaking on the floor the moment you turn the water on. There are exposed electrical wires, capped pipes inside the room, the power points are coming off the wall exposing the live wires. The bathroom window opens right above the entrance to reception/breakfast area, so everything can be heard both ways if this window is open - also this is a great smoking spot so you will get all the smoke coming in the bathroom and the room. Lights are bare fluorescent battens, not very good looking and definitely not friendly on the eyes. The mattress has seen some better days at the beginning of last century but it's definitely not fit for human use anymore. The private parking is a decommissioned car wash, dirty and grubby. There's some sort of disused bar in the room we had that has a kitchen sink in it - the tap is loose and the whole thing is dirty. Not sure how this place managed the stellar score on booking.com, but our experience was quite the opposite. Did not dare to try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Terrible

we were promised a newly refurbished room that looks very good in photos, instead we received a dirty wall room, a non-functional bathroom, a terrible shower room and a bad smell in the room. The location is very food, but the room that we got ruined our Oradea citybreak.
