Great location, wonderful staff and great facilities
Were absolutely delighted by the room, outside area, pool.
It was perfect. It has exceeded our expectations.
The food was delicious.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A fair hotel
The hotel consists in two buildings, one newer than the other, with better rooms. Inner courtyard includes a nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and, typically Romanian, loud music blasted from the pool bar. It seems this is a cultural thing in Romania - music MUST BE loud, they never heard of ambiance.
The hotel has its own restaurant which these days, because of COVID19, offers outdoor tables for the food coming from inside. Food was ok.
Overall, a decen hotel for the money.

It's a 2* hotel with a 4* price
No elevator, no hairdryer, insufficient parking lot, the official check-in is pretty late (6 PM)...
Breakfast is limited: do not offer too much.
Would definitely not recommend.

Average hotel even for deluxe food rooms
I will talk about the deluxe rooms: one of it had problems in the bathroom, one light bulb didn’t work and it was pretty dark in there. Also the sink and the toilet had some broken parts.
On the other room the air conditioning didn’t work and when we reported this to the receptionist, first she said it will be fixed the next day but it didn’t....apparently there was no one available to do the job.
Also be careful with the check out, apparently there are people there who take drinks from the bar and they can put the bill on any room. The employees seem to not care to double check that the correct room is charged. We had some drinks put on our room even though we didn’t consume them.
Overall the deluxe rooms looks nice and they are spacious, but even though they are recently built/renovated they have many broken things. The personal is also very inexperienced.
The breakfast is average. You need to wait in line and there is no variety. We ate same food each morning and the quality is average as well.
