Amazing

I could not find one fault with this hotel. Area, breakfast and cleanliness all 10 out of 10. All the staff are incredible here, especially the two ladies at breakfast and who do the housekeeping. So friendly, professional, warm and welcoming and nothing too much trouble!

Worst Hotel

We rented 9 rooms for a wedding, they made us an offer, we accepted their offer and we were waiting for the bank details only to be told the next day that it was no longer available. They promised us over the phone that 7 more rooms were under construction and although we asked them if they would be guaranteed to be ready they said yes. The following days they told us that they could not guarantee that they would be ready via SMS! Absolutely a joke! I would never recommend this hotel no matter how good it looks. They do not treat customers equally and with respect. The staff does not communicate with each other because we spoke to staff who did not know the situation.

Wonderful experience. Underrated

The nicest I have stayed in. Wonderful decor and attention to detail. Breakfast was ample and staff helpful from the front desk and breakfast. They had a joy about them that made you smile. The hotel looks new. Bathroom well appointed. I would stay here every time as price was on the cheap end. Wonderful bed.

TRANQUILLITA' E PULIZIA

Sarà perchè è nuovo ma la pulizia è ottima, anche se si trova lungo una strada con molto traffico le camere sono silenziose. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Colazione servita in camera con prodotti salati e marmellata.

Nuovo, bellissimo e pulitissimo

Albergo tutto nuovo, molto bello e curato! Abbiamo passato un weekend insieme alla famiglia nei pressi di Falticeni e siamo stati benissimo. Non potevamo fare una scelta migliore. Consiglio questa struttura senz’altro
