I want to personally mention this 5-star hotel!
There are no differences and I accept what is on because it is the country of M ea De Sufelet, the country of M ea De Dor!

Avoid this hotel

Usually I'm kind when writing reviews and I try to find and highlight the good things regarding the locations that I visit, but in this case I will split the review in two parts:
Good things (1*)
- the location, near the beach.
Bad and very bad things (-4*)
- the price does not match with the comfort. 300 lei/night for a very small room, which smells a bit, almost no bathroom (around 2 square metres, dirty, and outdated).
- the reception ladies act like you disturb them with questions.
- room services are poor, maybe because the cleaning lady's low qualifications. They don't provide toilet paper and they never changed the beds for 6 days, and now that I'm on my last day here, probably they will not change them.
- the bed is awful! The bed mattress is just falling down, and you will sleep very bad.
- the swimming pool has dirty edges, some kids wrote their name on that dirt, and the edge is partially removed form the edge.
- the parking lots are not sufficient, that will be the first issue that you will face when arriving here.
Conclusion, avoid this hotel, is way to expensive for what is offering, spend your money on good hotels!

Beware !

One of the worst hotels in Mamaia.
Very large prices, but tiny rooms, minuscule bathrooms (with very bad plumbing), incredibly outdated restaurant, dirty pool and reception staff behave like disturbing.

Great

The hotel features nice furniture and room settings it's situated in a serene environment perfect for the summer it also has a beach right behind it which makes summer perfect. The rooms aren't very large but at least best for couples or a few friends and prices are fair enough for the quality of service

Greedy prices for a an average 3 star property

*the first part is in English
2 days prior to our arrival, I have tried contacting the hotel to make sure that everything is in order. It took me 2 days, 20 phone calls and 1 email before someone was kind enough to answer.
The front desk employees have no idea how to smile, and usually the answers are blunt in the sense that you get more emotions from a stone as compared to them. Next to that, during our 3 days stay, the housekeeping department did everything they could not to change the towels in our room. Not even once. Even worse, they left the thrash bin untouched even though, litter was pilling up.
There are some positive aspects such as the fact that there are mosquito nets at the windows, a functioning air-conditioning, and a decent minibar.
To round it off, I wouldn't recommend it simply on the fact that the human resource is reluctant in its behaviour with the guest. Much alike the principle "whoever likes it-fine."
