Watch your feet in the room!

The beds have some protruding and very sharp corners as you can see in the picture, the problem is that upon departure when I noticed as a suggestion that the beds could cause serious injuries, especially since many children come for the pool, the reception manager answered me nonchalantly and even a little angry, "And what do you want us to do?", honestly, I didn't believe such a lack of professionalism existed at a 4* hotel, especially since I didn't say it in the form of a complaint but only as feedback on what I experienced. The rest of the reception is no less bad considering that they gave me a normal room instead of a studio and when I went down to tell them that they didn't give me a studio, the receptionist, without even checking, asked me with a sarcastic smile if I was sure it wasn't a studio, then changed my room and gave me the card somewhat angrily without a word (I won't apologize because I'm already asking for too much) as if it was my fault that they gave me the wrong room, disappointing...

Not bad

A good hotel with a price-quality ratio close to the truth. Breakfast quite good. Small touches regarding the room could be made!

Decent

The good: service was good, enough parking, staff was good, good location, good price..restaurant was good enough..
The other: rooms not soundproofed, juice during breakfast ran out of two varieties, breakfast just average...mattress was hard- but this may be a personal preference...

This is definetely a scam. Incredibly high prices for something slightly above 2 stars. Bathrooms are horrible. Kitschy rooms with awfully big decorations and walls full of dead insects. Don't book here!

We want to inform you that the property is now under new management and has undergone a complete renovation. All rooms and bathrooms have been fully updated, and we’ve even expanded by adding new rooms. We greatly value the opinions of our guests, and we’ve used all past feedback as motivation to improve. This year, we’re also renovating the restaurant, piano bar, pool, and conference rooms.
