The hotel was very clean and offered all the necessary amenities. The staff were professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was excellent for my four-day visit—comfortable, well-maintained, and well-suited for a short stay.
The location was also very convenient. It was within walking distance of key areas, and there was a bus stop directly across from the hotel, making transportation very easy. I even had a bus route that stopped right in front of the hotel. Everything in the area was very well connected, especially if you want to visit the Old Town or use public transport. The metro was only a couple of bus stops away, providing easy access to the central station and the airport.
Overall, everything was very well organized and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

A let down!
As international travellers who love exploring, we appreciated the good location, as it is not far from the old town, which is convenient for sightseeing. We gave three stars because it was 24 hours a day, check-in as we arrived wee early in the morning, Romania time. The staff man who checks us in was friendly and helpful. The room was average and not really clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was also average and the breakfast staff's seem rushing even though there are not busy. Breakfast selections was okey nothing special... receptions during the day the middle age man and the younger girl was not very friendly. Not sure if this is a "Romanian" culture or just the city people's mentality? It doesn't feel very helpful; it lacks the warmth, genuineness, and honesty people expect from hotels. Location was good as it is not far off the old town but that about it. With the money from the booking you can get better hotel at anything within the distance radiance.
