Great hotel and great location in Bucharest

This is a really good hotel, in an excellent location. It’s a bit older, however it has everything you need. What made the 2 night stay really great is the executive lounge on the top floor. The evening hors devors and drinks is outstanding. The food is excellent and the wine is superb. Also, liquor and soda is available along with hot food, cold dishes, and sweets.
There is a subway station about a 5 minute walk from the hotel as well as many great restaurants and shops, pharmacies, etc within a few minutes walk from the hotel as well. The old city is only 1 subway stop from the hotel, so it’s very convenient.
I’d definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it for anyone visiting Bucharest.

Ornament of Bucharest

The ladies at the reception during check-in were very polite and informative. We were made a free upgrade to suites on the 14th floor, so the view was amazing. The rooms very comfortable, the beds also like the bathroom. There was a living room in the room where you could sit and rest whenever you wanted without lying on the bed. The breakfast was overloaded and the hotel facilities very good. Especially the heated pool where you have access almost all day is an excellent experience. The hotel offers free outdoor parking or a basement for around €20 per day. The area in which the hotel is located requires transportation or walking to the nearest public transportation. If you are staying in this particular hotel, you should not miss a dinner at the Benihana restaurant as it is a special live cooking experience.

Rooms are a bit small for a western chain but comfortable with good beds. I wasn’t offered an option for lounge access, but friends who were found it a great addition. The location is very convenient to downtown, ASE, and shopping. The breakfast is overpriced, but excellent bakeries are close by.

Comfortable upscale hotel in the center of town - Room 605

Easy check-in. Spacious room. Shower control somewhat difficult to figure out, fill the tub vs. spray. Tub was very high and difficult to enter for 80+ adults. Needs another grab bar or even a step to help you enter. Lots of hot water. Breakfast buffet was very sumptuous and had huge variety of choices. Very quiet.

Hotel fine. Reception not great at speaking English or explaining invoice. Required more towels but didn’t receive until late. Deposit required when checking in for use of mini fridge or other items. Upon leaving they took the car parking fee out of deposit. Which left a refund of 4Ron which that wasn’t explained at check in
