Excellent

A great location, friendly staff, everything clean and a safe place . Good coffee in the morning and a quiet place … I really recommend this place … modern, well equipped and renovated rooms… good bed, goood size comfortable.

The WORST experience in many years. Instead a "deluxe" room with private bath I paid and expected, I got a horrible little room in a basement with shared washroom in poor condition. I found in previous reviews exactly the same, meaning this behaviour is frequent. A place to be avoided!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life.
First they left me sleeping on the street because our flight was delayed and we couldn't arrive before 10 p.m., which was the latest check-in time. So we arrived around 12 p.m. and had to find another hotel and pay for another night after we'd already paid.
We stayed for a week, and they never cleaned the room. There was one, and when we asked them why they didn't clean it, they told me we had to tell them and also pay an additional fee of €30, which seems like a scam to me since I've never been to a hotel where you have to pay extra to clean your room.
We also had to ask them for clean towels because they didn't have any. Overall, it was terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.

There were no rooms available but they still advertised and accepted payment. This place is not to be trusted. They are scammers who advertise on expedia and tell customers their is no rooms available when you arrive.

Rude owner

We stayed for one night...The owner was extremely rude to us. Although we paid extra for a room with a bathtub, when we arrived at the location we were given a room with a shower. after long discussions we would receive a room with a bathtub, but we could not use it because we did not have a plug. After reporting the problem, the owner gave us an extremely rude answer, these are exactly the words used: ,,we gave you the suite with the bathtub (but this does not mean that you can fill the bathtub) ... because the amount of water consumed in relation to the total consumption of the reserved room is not justified.'' In terms of the accomodation the room was clean.
