We had a great time at Grand Hotel

We had an amazing experience in Balada restaurant. The waiter that served us, Victor, was amazing and the food did not disappoint, also the wine Victor recommended hit the spot. All over it s a nice place and i highly recommend it, Balada is a must try spot and the waiters there, especially Victor, are truly professionals

Staff needs training

Very bad! Reception needs training, massage lady was talking the whole massage & while she was cleaning pool floors & bathrooms was very rude

A good hotel in an excellent location, close to the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Great location and very walkable to bars, restaurants and clubs. Daily room cleaning was nice (less common in US). The check in time was longer than usual, however they will hold luggage which allows walking/exploring nearby areas
