Great value, great service!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pensiunea Sofie with our family. From the moment we arrived, Andy and Cassandra made us feel truly at home. They are wonderful hosts who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
Although they have only recently taken over the property, their passion, dedication, and attention to detail are already evident. We are confident that anyone staying here will have a fantastic experience.
We’re already looking forward to coming back and exploring even more of beautiful Brașov!

Not bad

It was clean and simple.
Not for sensitive pretencious people but OK. The breakfast was good and the room was warm. Is about 25 minute from the center of Brasov but with bus or taxi in 5 - 7 minutes.
The taxis are cheap in Brasov...the trip was about 2.5 Euros.

Avoid this hotel

I would advise everyone to be really careful if they are staying in this hotel. Staff don’t speak english and they are really rude. Also, while my friends and I were out, someone stole our money from the room. I had to use google translate to explain situation to the receptionist and then he called the owner who was extremely rude to me over the phone and wouldn’t try to help or even apologize. Plus the hotel is located far away from the city center.

Fake news

I went with my friends. I read the reviews and i thought it should be fine. When we arrived, the staff was quite rude, and since i found that quite suspect. So i asked for a key to check our room. He gave me a key to another room, but since it was closer i accepted. I will be sincere. It was clean. And thats all. The overall aspect was so depressing. I went to old communist hotels that looked better, more modern and overall nicer. Plus the attitude of the staff. In the first picture are the carpets from the hallway...they might be renovating...i can't tell for sure. Anyway, i gave back the keys telling we will not be staing, the moment we left, the receptionst started filming us. So i start to belive that all the good reviews might be what we all call as FAKE NEWS, and they might even had special interests for giving 5/5.

Very good

It was an amazing stay,very pleasing Rooms were clean nice and rather big and the service was excelent . The wifi in my room was good and the owner answered all of our questions. Coming back there again !
