A perfect address
I spent 4 nights in this boarding house on the heights of Braşov. First of all the place is perfectly located a little away from the historic town and 15/20 minutes walk. The address is run by a family that takes care of its guests. The welcome is warm (Madame speaks perfect English and Monsieur is francophone). They hold this address out of passion. The room is very comfortable, clean and has a very nice view. A small balcony allows the summer to enjoy the pretty landscape. Let’s talk to finish breakfasts: my best in Romania. The dishes are prepared only with local products and very well presented. I was spoiled on Christmas Day with sweet treats prepared by the family.
I recommend this place which deserves its 5 stars. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

Friendly
It's a little out of town, but not too far. The “problem” is that it is high on a hill and the return on foot is a bit tired. The rooms are good, comfortable but somewhat dated. The staff is very attentive and gave us all kinds of information on how to get around and what to see. Breakfast is fine (not buffet). Affordable price and parking 50 m away. It has rooms with good city views (if you can choose).

Picturesque and Traditional
Pension Stejeris is a very welcoming place. The owners are very friendly and they will give all the information that you need to make your stay memorable.
Brasov City Centre is within walking distance, easy access from Cibinului Street. The road is a bit steep and might be tiring when you come back. However, grabbing a taxi or Uber is always an alternative instead of walking.
Breakfast is fantastic and it is usually a cold cut plate. The owners put a lot of effort to offer very good quality Romanian food. Everything is fresh and traditional. Here you will enjoy some Romanian foods that preserve the old recipes and the local traditional characteristics of ingredients like Salam de Sibiu (salami) or telemea (Romanian type of cheese). The apricot jam is homemade and the taste is absolutely divine.
The room where we stayed was spacious, very clean and the view from the balcony is to die for. In Brasov, autumn is spectacular.
We highly recommend this pension.

Good position, silence and nice cats
This is a small Pension situated in an ideal position: 10 minutes by car from the park & ride parking in Poiana Brasov and 10-15 minutes from the historic center of Brasov. You can easy walk to the center, down on Cibin street, if you want to find shops or restaurants. And if you don't want to come back on foot (the road is quite steep and you need to go up) an Uber will take you less than 2 EUR from the City Center to Stejeris.
Usually in Romania this type of properties have small rooms. It was not the case here. We had a big room, with a nice view.
The breakfast was not buffet. However we received a lot of food and several choices to take. Also the products included were of a very good quality (deer sausage, homemade jam, local cheese, ham, etc).

Molto accogliente a buon prezzo
Piccola pensione, nella cittadella, gestita da una simpatica coppia di proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Camera molto grande pulita e confortevole, luminosa, con bella vista sulla città e sulle montagne, grazie alle ampie finestre.
Al piano inferiore c'è la saletta ristorante nella quale viene servita una buona colazione, fatta dalla proprietaria.
Dalla collina si scende nel centro storico in 15 minuti a piedi tramite una strada purtroppo un po’ ripida, quindi non facilmente utilizzabile da tutti, ma eventualmente il taxi per il centro della città costa circa €1,50 quindi nessun problema!
Soggiorno molto piacevole. Altamente consigliato.
