Elegance is appreciated more in the rooms than at reception

Very elegant hotel.
New room with very modern style.
Bathroom quite spacious.
Very comfortable bed.
Discreet breakfast without applause though, you can improve by adding some dessert. Reception and breakfast room should be improved

Bad experience with shower and breakfast

Bad experience. Very Big rooms but useless, deco is old fashioned. One morning shower was cold, never turning hot. Other thing is breakfast, no breakfast buffet, starting only at 7:30. You are asked what you want to eat, but not convenient neither common. Will not go back.

Appearances can be deceiving ⭐️⭐️

Really disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel looks fantastic online, however the reality is completely different. I stayed in a huge room and was looking forward to using the enormous whirlpool bath, however the bath had clearly not been deep cleaned in some time. When I turned on the jets, the water was dirty and the smell was horrendous and very off putting. I decided not to have a bath in the end, which made me feel quite dirty.
Sadly it's a thumbs down from me.

If you want to book this hotel, just don’t.. for this price we did non expect to have teared robes, gray-ish bathroom towels, very poor furniture, and a awful ‘spa’ where the massages are done in the middle of the area, , and the sauna smelling and looking worse than a public bathroom. And at the ‘spa’ you literally have to sit on normal chairs. This area is more like a public pool where we would never go. The food was ok though and the sheets were clean, but we will never ever ever come to this hotel again. It is not even close to 4 stars standards, but the price is as high as a REAL 4 stars hotel’s.

Awesome pool, very strange check-in routine

This hotel could be great. The rooms are nice, and the pool is great, large, not crowded in the evenings, it's the best thing about the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly BUT... you might find yourself out in the street if you arrive late. It happened to me and my colleagues on two occasions! Even if we did warn them we would arrive late (late flight), there was nobody to check us in. So we had to go to a different hotel. I keep coming back because of the pool. I with they got their act together and it would be a good hotel!
