Wonderful service from Amalia

We were completely thrilled with our experience interacting with Amalia, the robot receptionist! She is super smart, polite, and funny. She quickly helped us with all our questions and really brightened our mood. A true star of the place!

A Wonderful Family Stay at Rixos

We recently spent 2 nights at Rixos for our Nanny's birthday, and what a memorable experience it was!
This was actually my **second experience at Rixos, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. My first stay two years ago unfortunately wasn’t a pleasant one, so I was a little hesitant to return. I’m very happy to say that this experience completely changed my perspective.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Akeem, Anton, Bella and Nazaria, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness and lovely personalities really stood out and made us and the children feel so well looked after.
Celebrating our Nanny’s birthday there made the trip even more special, and the resort was a great place to enjoy quality family time without having to worry about anything.
It’s refreshing when staff genuinely make you feel welcomed and valued, and these four certainly did that for us.
Thank you, Rixos, for giving us an experience that has definitely restored our faith in the resort. We’ll be back! ❤️.

Anton from farmhouse is the best. He wasss sooo sweet very accommodating and funny.

Best experience in our 1st visit

Very nice tood. Staff receiving us and servimg us .. excellent service but want to mention Mr Anton who far exceeds service and customers expectiion with his welcoming and monitoring customers needs. He is great with great interaction with guest with his best wit. We can say… he has great skills handling cutomers..
