Niro the goat!

The service here was amazing throughout our entire 2 days! Especially, Niro he was so helpful with scheduling our bus to the airport and getting us breakfast on our departure day!

Enjoyable and memorable dinner

I had dinner with my son today at Italian Job Restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious, which made our evening even more enjoyable. ❤️
What made the experience truly special was the warm welcome we received at the lobby from the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Alison. She is truly amazing in the way she communicates with guests and how warmly and kindly she welcomed and treated both me and my son. A BIG thank you to her!
My sincere thanks also go to the entire Italian Job team . Francesco, Adrian, Vanessa, Nenus, and Chef Mohammed Yassine. They were all very kind, friendly, and attentive, and served us with genuine care and passion.
Thank you, Italian Job team, for making our evening so enjoyable and memorable! ❤️

Very noisy hotel. You can hear the kids and people on the corridor on 11 pm. Cannot sleep and not quiet. They fix it the Air condition when we told them is not really works properly.
Very nice and helpful stuff. But the hotel looks like old and noisy. Breakfast very poor not microwave to warm milk

Frankly, the best part of our stay was Mr. Najeeb, who kindly assisted me and my friends with our room bookings.
On the other hand, there are key areas that require management's attention: the check-in process takes far too long, navigating between floors is inconvenient, and the pool area has overly tight scrutiny. I hope these points are considered for a better guest experience in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Bistro Bistro! The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent.
