“The rooms were very good and I really enjoyed the place. It was very calm and quiet. I stayed at Warwick Hotel Doha, and it is the best place to stay.”

Very Very bad

The evening shift in the reception on 27th May , not professional and when you try to complain, by asking the name, they just leave you with empty reception, I am not recommending

Worst hotel reception staff and unhygiene dirty room

I have never seen hotel dirty like strato .they didn’t change all bed sheets and pillows cover , it was smelly of other guest when we informed to Front Desk the supervisor from desk informed us this is not front desk job .housekeeping clean room. We checked in 10 pm 18-feb-26.
We were asking him we want to talk manager he told us excuse me am duty manager am supervisor and even he is front office manager what a mannerless hospitality.he doesn’t have any interest to apologize. Strato is worst hotel by cleanliness and by reception staff .

Pros: The staff were courteous. Missing towels, but were quick to ask staff to bring our towels up. Cons: The bedding was stained. The toilet seat was scratched up. Water faucet was slightly faulty.

Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, air conditioning worked well. Once we got a new remote, tv worked well. Phone didn’t not work, we needed to request towels as there was only one hand towel in the room. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Toilet seat stained and pealing. Shower pressure good.
