Inner city gem

I arrived at this hotel at 6am after a flight from Perth Australia. I had booked 2 nights but did not expect to check in until the afternoon. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was given my room key and able to freshen up before I went out on my morning tour. Wonderful service.

Want to feel special over an 11-day long trip in Doha? K108 is a must!

Very attentive staff, well trained and managed by the GM Nilam. He was kind, thoughtful and went out of his way to make our bucket list World Cup experience over 11 days so special.
Our room was clean, staff throughout the hotel always helpful. This hotel was comfortably appointed and located conveniently close to all the necessary amenities.

Good option

We booked this hotel through the Fifa website for the World Cup. I was very apprehensive as I was not sure about the place and location. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and showers are good. AC works and is quiet. It is a 4 star so there are areas in need of update (older tiles, tired grouting, etc). The area is ok, very local, not fancy as certain areas of Doha. I actually saw no women around that particular area, we haven’t tried the hotel food so I can’t comment on that, neither we used the pool. 5 stars for the people who work at the hotel - from the porter to the front desk, everyone very friendly and keen to help. Hotel is about 5-7 minutes drive to the metro station and Uber works well. Overall it was a good 3 night stay while we were watching some of the World Cup matches. Don’t expect luxury though.
