Unprofessional Receptionist

Dear Manager,
I would like to formally raise a concern regarding our recent check-in experience.
The receptionist, Bahar, was not very welcoming and did not handle our situation professionally. We arrived only one hour late; however, we had already fully paid for the room in advance and reconfirmed our booking two days prior to our check-in date. Despite this, we felt that our room had been given to other guests.
What was most disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. There was no apology offered, and the communication lacked courtesy and professionalism. As paying guests, we expected better service and basic respect.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that Bahar receive additional training, particularly on handling booking issues, communicating politely with guests, and managing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
We hope this feedback will help improve the service experience for future guests.

Wonderful day at Horizon Doha

I had a wonderful stay at Horizon doha! The location was perfect near to Souq and also corniche .The staff were very friendly and helpful.Especially thanks to Manal from the front desk.She was welcoming and accommodating right from the start of I checked in.The room was pretty cool. I ordered foods from IRD also. That was quick and the food was delicious. Only one thing is u can hear the music from the club from upstairs. Other things are fantastic .
