The breakfast was very basic. No much choice. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were fantastic and very clean.

Pathetic

Worst long-term stay experience.
After 3 months, the Sales Manager agreed to a discounted monthly rate, but the hotel never updated it in their system. I paid the agreed rate every month, only to be told at checkout that the system showed a higher rate. Instead of honouring their own agreement, they deducted the difference from my security deposit, saying there was “nothing they could do.”
Their internal mistakes became my problem. They also failed to credit the Marriott Bonvoy points they promised, and getting the security deposit back was a frustrating ordeal.
Extremely poor management and zero accountability. Be very careful—it is a total scam, they would commit anything at winning customers first and then go back on their word. They cheat their guests!
