A normal hotel in the center.

I happened to be in Doha by chance, because I had a stopover on the way to Baghdad at Qatar Airways. This big-name hotel was one of the budget alternatives in the old city center. Not far from Waqif metro station. Despite the terrible price at the reception, I lived at a price almost 2 times less: 150 rials or 42 dollars. Although all the rooms in the price list are designated as deluxe and suites, the room was ordinary. Nothing out of the ordinary. It's a little old-fashioned, but maybe it's the local style? It didn't bother me. I didn't pay for breakfast, I ate in the city. The Wi-Fi was working steadily. Well, this is not surprising, Qatar occupies an honorable 25th place in the world in terms of Internet speed, ahead of most European countries...

Cheap

We arrived at 2am in this hotel, arrived from the airport very tired, we are asked the reservation number (complicated without wifi ) photocopy of passports. A woman in a red mini dress settled on a chair in the lobby... very special atmosphere... Otherwise, decent room with 2 queen beds for 4 people but only 2 cushions... really cheap at 32€ you can go over some things.

The lady from reception she was kind. I forgot to ask her name. The rooms are clean and tidy. All the staff are kind. I will be back to this hotel to stay .the location was perfect. NEAR WITH SOUQ . I t was amazing Thank you so much .

We had a disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff was generally unfriendly and unwelcoming they didn’t even greet us back when we said hello. Upon arrival, our room was still dirty, which was unacceptable. After three days, when we kindly asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels, the housekeeper gave us a rude look and even started an argument, which was very unprofessional.
The only positive aspects were the male manager and a staff member named Mustafa, who were both friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the overall negative experience.
Would not recommend staying here.
