Great Custormer service by ms Judy

The room is amazing and the staff are very nice, specially to Ms Judy, she helped us to be more comfortable to the room that she given. Next time we will book again. I cant stop myself to flex in social media about my wonderful experience at Century Hotel.

I used it for free with Qatar Airways Transit and it is quite comfortable

We stayed as a free transit hotel on Qatar Airways and it was a very satisfying stay.
First of all, I was happy that the room was very clean and had a bathtub. The water in the shower was stable in temperature and the water pressure was comfortable to use.
Wi-Fi was stable in the room, and the air conditioning and ventilation functioned well.
There were windows and it was a comfortable environment.
I was also surprised to find that breakfast and lunch buffets were included for free.
There was a good variety of dishes and the content was satisfying.
In addition, we were also instructed on what to do for people with food allergies, and we felt that this hotel was safe for many people to use.
Airport transfers were also available and services such as water and tea were free.
I had the peace of mind of knowing I wouldn't be charged extra after my stay.
The hotel itself is big, but it was not crowded during my stay and I was able to stay calm.
The station is also a good location, with a 7-minute walk.
I didn't see any fault in it and it was a very comfortable stay.
Due to the proximity of the airport, this hotel is recommended for connecting guests.

Miss Universe

Qatar Airways provided me with a complimentary stay at the Century Hotel. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly, nice, helpful, and professional. The food buffet was alright. I liked the shower because the water pressure was very strong. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

terrible room conditions

I stayed here as part of a complimentary transit layover with Qatar Airways, and while the hotel staff themselves were incredibly kind, welcoming, and tried their best to accommodate me, the room conditions were highly disappointing.
The hotel is severely outdated and poorly maintained. My room was incredibly humid, dusty, and heavily carpeted. The chairs were covered in stains, and the thick, heavy curtains clearly hadn't been washed in years—they were literally turned grey from accumulated dust. As someone with severe allergies, this triggered an immediate medical reaction, leaving me sneezing all night, with migraine and allergic reaction.
Even though the reception team was helpful enough to move me to a third room to try and find a cleaner space, the entire property is carpeted and has the same underlying issues. The staff gets 5 stars for their efforts, but management seriously needs to deep clean this property and replace the filthy furnishings.

We were in transit thanks to Qatar Airways. We did not have time to enjoy all the services, but the facilities edta very well and the staff are very friendly.
