Hotel in the suburbs, very nice with all the necessary services
Hotel about 30 minutes walk from the center or 20 minutes by public transport.
Unkind and friendly staff, unfortunately we noticed that Poles are a bit like that in general.
Room right in the spaces, very pretty, bathroom with a nice large shower.
Breakfast very varied in the salty part, less in the shower but still sufficient.
Good value for money considering New Year's Eve that everything is sky high.

Good access by car, reasonable parking and good public transport connections – unfortunately, those were about the only positives.
The rooms are worn and in poor condition. In our first room, the carpet was so badly damaged that it was an actual trip hazard, so we had to change rooms. The room facilities were also outdated: there was only one power socket by one bedside table, which made charging phones unnecessarily difficult.
Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Room cleaning was only provided after personally requesting it at reception, and even then only the towels were changed. The bed was not made and the pillows were simply left as they were!
Service was particularly poor. When we complained about a dirty, sticky water carafe, reception initially told us they were not responsible. Only after insisting did we get a replacement, and the whole interaction was reluctant and unfriendly.
Breakfast was the final disappointment. Day one: After a coach group had been through, the buffet was almost empty and was replenished very slowly. Day two: There were only a few bread rolls left from the previous day. Choice and quality were mediocre at best. The service staff were hardly present in the breakfast room and instead spent much of the time outside chatting.
Overall, there were simply too many issues with room condition, facilities, cleanliness and service. Good location, but definitely not a hotel we would recommend.

Adequate but not the best.
Average hotel.
Reception staff quite cold in their approach.
We booked breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast was fine- adequate. However the evening meal was odd. The staff seemed bemused that we had booked this. Never before have I not been given a choice. We were told to sit away from the other guests and then food just came to us. The two soup dishes were ok to start but the mains were not. No vegetarian option, no allergy advice, no children’s option. In hindsight, there is no need to book the evening meal as there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby.

Rooms are tiered and need renovations quickly. Specifically, the floor carpets need replacement.

Bad hotel, avoid at all cost.
This is a terrible hotel. The breakfast was bad, the rooms were dirty; we saw a small insect inside the room. Staff also very unfriendly, we thought all locals in Wrocław are friendly, but those working in this hotel were not. Maybe they're from outside this beautiful city -- not coming back to this terrible hotel.
