Nice and frienly

I stayed here with my parents in a superior triple room. We liked the place very much, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was fine and enough. The restaurant and the park is really beautiful, Wapowce is only 10 minutes from Przemysl. The owner of the hotel, Joanna is a really nice person, unfortunately only she can speak English.
I booked the room through Happyrooms.com, but the reservation wasn't forwarded to the hotel, so it was good to call the hotel before arriving.
We asked for a fridge to the room, we got one immedately.

Horrible!

I recently stayed here for a wedding I attended and can not express enough my disappointment. I booked my reservation online months in advance and when I attempted to check in the front desk agent stated there was no reservation and gave me a horrible attitude. I showed her a confirmation email to which she replied " What do you want me to do, it's not my fault the reservation isn't in the system" and that it's my responsibility to check and make sure the reservation went through. I later found out this was the owner of the hotel. Once I got to the room the disappointment continued. The room was dark with barely any furniture besides a bed and old desk with a chair. There was no phone and only an old tiny tv. The bathroom smelled of sewage and made weird loud noises the entire night. Even with the door closed we still heard it. There was no soap or shampoo at all and only 3 small hand towels. Only 2 small pillows on the bed hat were very flat. There was nobody at the front desk and if you needed anything you had to walk over to the restaurant and speak with one of the servers who were rarely available as they were servicing the wedding and bar as well as dealing with reservations. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and would never go back!

Terror!

My husband and I hosting our wedding at Dwor Wapowce and what should have been a memorable day turned into a nightmare. The wedding ceremony which took place under a gazebo with a larger gazebo for the guests to sit under. I wanted chairs set up in rows. When I mentioned this to the owner she said she would not do it as the tables were antique and heavy but that we could try moving the tables ourselves. So myself along with three others arranged all the chairs to be set up in rows. The next day as I am about to walk down the aisle I notice all tables set up once again. This left 60 out of 85 people standing during a 45 minute ceremony. The reception hall was extremely hot and we had to ask for the skylight windows to be closed and air conditioning to be turned on. Once on, it was only running for 20 minutes at a time and turned off to save energy. This was on a day where the temperature was in the 80s. Food was left on tables the entire reception (3 pm till almost 4 am) Guests had to ask for it to be replenished as they did not replenish regularly. My father was told they were out of cola that he dropped off the day prior and asked him to get more. Once he returned over an hour later he found cases of Cola stacked in the kitchen that was never put out. Dirty and used glasses were not replaced on tables. After the wedding we asked the owner for the leftover food was to be wrapped up for us to which he replied" This food isn't even suitable for dogs". For a wedding of 85 guests there was a total of 3 serves which served food, cleared dishes, worked the bar and took care of hotel reservations and check ins and the staff was extremely rude!! There is much more I could write but despite the issues throughout the night nothing compares to the way we were treated upon settling payment. My husband and I went to settle the final bill and asked for a discount due to the issues. The owner was screaming, calling us liars and complaining about our guests at which point we told her we'll let our lawyer settle this and stood up to walk out. The owners husband grabbed the keys, locked us inside the restaurant and stated that he's not letting us out until we pay. We ran out the back door through the kitchen and got in our cars. One of the workers then threw a wheelbarrow with trash in front of our cars and blocked both driveways so we couldn't leave. Not until police arrived were we able to drive away. I hope that by sharing this horrific experience it'll make others think twice about hosting any kind of event here.

Bo to wesele trudno nazwać weselem.

Very good location
