Lovely villa

We visited Ustron for three days and we spent 2 night in Seul Willa, lovely room with an amazing breathtaking view!! It’s not a big room but it’s very clean and cosy! People who work there are nice as well. We had tv, microwave, and toilet in our room there is also big fridge and small kitchen outside if you want to cook. Also barbecue space outside the villa. Location isn’t bad, but you have to walk a bit from centre, nice and quiet place. The only think could improve it’s if you have kids they would be bored. Normally hotels or villas should have some toys or equipment for a children and they don’t but that is just in case of bad weather or if you want to stay longer there. Apart that we are very happy and we definitely would come back in the future!

Super miejsce do miasta 800 m czyli bardzo blisko . Obsługa bardzo miła kompetentna .Pokój rewelacja z balkonu masz piękny widok na góry . Pokój jest z małą kuchnią w środku wszystko czyste i schludnie :). Posiłki można zamówić polski i koreańskie :) my akurat zamówiliśmy polskie śniadanie :) było przepyszne . Napewno jeszcze do Seul Willa wrócimy

Niezadowoleni klienci

Nie polecam! Szefostwo niekulturalne. Pomimo półrocznej rezerwacji otrzymaliśmy całkiem inne pokoje, o wiele niższym standardzie, które nie posiadały obiecanych aneksów kuchennych i balkonów. Po zgłoszeniu właścicielom naszego niezadowolenia usłyszeliśmy "albo bierzecie, albo spadacie". Kpina!
