Great hotel on nice location.
Great hotel in a perfect place in Toruń. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. We stay only overnight, but we definitely will return on our next visit to Toruń.

Unsatisfied
The location was very convenient and close to the old town but a bit loud (we stayed over a long weekend) as we could hear people talking/ drinking from our room. Unfortunately we stayed in the older part of the hotel and the bed was hard (and consistent of two individual mattresses rather a double). The shower was very small and uncomfortable. I recommend staying in the superior rooms in the newer part of the hotel.

We are sorry that some aspects of the room did not match your personal preferences. Hotel 1231 consists of two historic wings with intentionally different characters – the historic Młyn Zamkowy and the more contemporary Infirmeria. Many Guests specifically choose the former for its historic atmosphere, while others prefer the modern design of the newer wing.
Regarding the bed, twin mattresses used together as a double bed are a common European hotel solution and allow us to accommodate different room configurations. We nevertheless understand that mattress firmness and bed configuration are matters of individual preference.
As for outside noise, the hotel is located in the heart of one of Poland’s most visited historic city centres. During particularly busy summer weekends, some sounds from the surrounding Old Town may occasionally be noticeable despite the generally peaceful location.
We appreciate your recommendation of our newer rooms and hope that, should you visit Toruń again, a room in our contemporary wing will better match your preferences.

What a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Fantastic staff, pet friendly and lovely breakfast. The room was very comfortable and was designed with detail in mind. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location in the heart of the city
Very good location at a few steps to the city centre and near to the river. Personally decorated rooms in a historic ambiance. Excellent breakfast and nice reception by the staff. We will come back.

Wonderful stay in Toruń
