Great service, great place

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! The attitude, culture and helpfulness of the hotel staff creates an amazing atmosphere of comfort. Parking is free, and 24-hour access to delicious coffee is a huge plus! If you will be in Poznan, definitely Pension Wrzos!

Good for few nights

Nice pension, good breakfast, garden around peaceful. Far from the city centre, but it was fine for me as a business traveller. Neighbourhood is quite and green. Free parking and wifi working quite good.

First time visit

Excellent value for money ratio. Clean and calm place with good breakfast variety. I was upgraded to upper standard for free as room was available. Dedicated car park. Good and quick access to motorway a2 and not far away from downtown. Would book again for sure!

Pobyt bardzo udany. Obsługa kontaktowa i przyjazna, śniadania "z górką", spokojna i cicha okolica. Na zewnątrz mini ogród z miejscem do siedzenia pod altanka.
Parking przystosowany dla pojazdów elektrycznych.....................

Skandaliczna obsługa

Bardzo się rano spieszyłem i wszedłem do jadalni 10 min przed 7. rano. Pracownica natychmiast w obcesowy sposób, wymachując rękami wyprosiła mnie z sali, pomimo, że wszystko było już przygotowane. Kiedy wróciłem, nie sposób było doczekać się obsługi. Zapukałem do kuchni prosząc o jajecznicę. Po 10 min ta sama pracownica podała mi talerz z jajecznicą. Niestety zjeść jej się nie dało: była dosłownie zasypana solą w takiej ilości, że ( ponieważ nikogo nie było na sali ) odniosłem ją do kuchni. Oczywiście nie usłyszałem ani słowa przepraszam, ani czy chcę aby jajecznicę usmażyć ponownie. Brak klimatyzacji w obecnych temperaturach i hałas z drogi oraz pobliskiej kolei, uniemożliwiają sen przy otwartym oknie. Gdy przyjechałem okno pokoju było otwarte, więc w pokoju było chyba 36 C. Nie polecam.
