Great location near lake

This is a quiet hotel with great views over the lake from some rooms. We swam in the lake which is only 5 mins walk away. There is also a very small pool for children and a spa which we didn't use. The breakfast was good with alot of variety and very good pancakes.

everything is terrible

rooms of a low standard for the price... service not nice, except for one lady... food poor and expensive. Close to the lake and that's the only plus. Rooms neglected. The road to such a facility goes through a housing estate and there is no asphalt...

Bardzo udany weekend, hotel zadbany, obsluga mila pomocna, bez problemowa.
Dostep do wszelkich oferowanych przez hotel udogodnień b. Dobry.
Obsluga w szczegolnosci Pan Roman to bardzo pozytywni ludzie. Spa oraz wiele innych uslug oceniam na 5. Restaraucja moze karta nie jest bogata ale za to dania robia robote. Pstrag sniezy super, no i mistrzowskie grzybki zawsze swieze i naprawde bardzo dobre! Pokoje czyste, zadbane. Podsumowujac hotel moge polecic go z czystym sumieniem. Jedzenie 5, pokoje 5, atmosfera 6, ceny 5.

Incydent...

Nawet znośnie, oprócz młodej zmiany hotelowej,i małego incydentu... Obsługa hotelowa wchodzi do pokoju bez pukania... Widzac to co widzieli, po kilku minutach ponownie szarpią za klamkę... Dziwna sytuacja, nie polecam i nigdy tam nie wrócimy.

Jestem bardzo mile zaskoczona!

Czesto podrozuje sama z dzieckiem i jest to jeden z niewielu tego typu obiektow, w ktorym dziecko ma znizke przy pobycie z jednym tylko doroslym. Ogromny plus za to! Takich obiektow zawsze brakuje! Zaplecze rewelacyjne jak na hotel 3*. Strefa SPA/zabiegowa super (masaze, zabiegi na cialo, twarz, stopy, paznokcie, sauny, jacuzzi, bania, fitobeczka), dobrze wyposazona silownia, zamykany basen zewnetrzny, olbrzymia sala zabaw dla dzieci, bilard itd itp. W pakiecie pobytowym dostepny jest masaz czesciowy, rejs statkiem, wizyta w muzeum, pobyt w grocie solnej, oraz zajecia dla dzieci z Pania Animatorka. Dzieki temu, rodzic podrozujacy sam z dzieckiem moze sie zrelaksowac idac np na masaz. Rewelacyjna opcja. Sniadania dosc urozmaicone jak dla mnie ale to wiadomo rzecz gustu. Jedzenia nigdy nie brakowalo, donoszone na biezaco. Troche minus za niekonsekwentne sprzetanie pokoi. Raz lozka byly scielone a raz nie. Reczniki nie byly wymieniane przez caly pobyt... nie wiem moze powinnam je rzucic na podloge, ale balam sie, ze nikt ich nie zmieni i nadal bede musiala sie nimi wycierac... Plusy pokoi to na pewno dostawa wody mineralnej do pokoi oraz mini lodowka. Duzo pokoi bez balkonow ale podczas rezerwacji jest sie o tym informowanym. Rozne rodzaje i wielkosci pokoi sa dostepne. Koncerty saksofonowe oraz kolacja grilowa jako dodatkowa atrakcja. Panie w recepcji niesamowicie mile i pomocne, Pan masazysta doskonaly w swoim fachu a przy tym niesamowicie uprzejmy czlowiek. POLECAM!
