I had one night at the hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The temperature was exactly right. The hotel is well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was very comprehensive and the food excellent. My only niggle was with the restaurant which was clearly having a bad night. With just four tables occupied and a limited menu, I ordered a burger and fries and was told there would be an hours wait. It arrived after about 30 minutes and the fries were cold, The burger was average and certainly not worth the price charged. A colleague also had problems in that he was charged for two tables food and it took an hour for them to sort it out. Clearly not acceptable. I will certainly use this hotel when next in Opole but will look outside for a restaurant

Super hotel, so convenient

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff on reception. Rooms are really lovely too and there is a restaurant which is a shade expensive but equally the food quality was very good.
Decent breakfast too and so convenient being directly opposite the exit to the main station so barely 2 minutes walk across the square!
