Recommend! Cozy hotel. Very kind staff, good food. Parking with guard on the side of the hotel.

The room and facilities were quite good. The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet good. The dinner food was nice. Evening dining service was awful on the two occasions that I used it. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. The bar dining room had two or three other people at tables and no customers at the bar. The table had crumbs of food on it. The food was brought to my table with no consideration of time. The starter was two plates. Plate one arrived, plate two 10 minutes later. The main course arrived mid way through eating my starter and was dumped on my table without comment. I took a photo of the pile of plates on my table. This could be a really good place with better management of staff.

A value for money visit to Lodz

Very nice installation, spacious and comfortable room, very polite English-speaking staff. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 2 days (weekend) and on Sunday, there was a live-cooking event provided for the guests during breakfast. Parking place for free, which was very convenient. On the other hand, just a minor issue (driven by personal perspective, without having any impact on our general impression of the hotel), with the room's curtains. They were not thick enough, the day light was entering the room during the early morning hours and we woke up earlier than we desired.

Great value - clean room, helpful and friendly staff

I was looking for an affordable relatively simple place to stay for a couple of nights. I wasn't disappointed. My room was clean and comfortable, all of the staff have been friendly and very helpful. In summary my stay more than met my expectations.

Unbelievably bad

I arrived having driven fro Warsaw (1.5 hours) at 21:30 and the place was closed. No bar no restaurant. Rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. Woke up in the morning to find restaurant was still closed so no breakfast, I asked at reception and I could not get an explanation. I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t see the restaurant or bar open once so didn’t get the breakfast I paid for, but judging by the service this was probably a good thing. I stay in hotels all over Europe for business and pleasure and can honestly say this is the worst place by far.
