Nice clean hotel
Very friendly staff, large room with small kitchenette. Beds very comfortable. Not easy to find on the street as very limited signage. The room had no air-conditioning but had large windows to
Open. Breakfast was included this was located at a sister hotel a 10 min walk away but was very good. On the last day we had a very early morning fight so had to miss breakfast. The hotel offed to sort out a breakfast box for us to have the night before. Sadly the supplier failed to deliver so we never got it. Having contacted the manager later when we got home the manager was very apologetic but that where it ended so left us a little disappointed.

Dirty Leonne!
This property is filthy dirty & worse than the worst youth hostel experience!
Entering the front door you are met with the stench of fried food (possibly fish) that permeates the whole building!
The filthy heavily stained carpets lead up the dirty staircase to various dirty rubbish bag & dirty linen bags piled about the corridors, left for days on end (we endured 3 nights),
It’s an old building that could be beautiful but it’s neglected, cracked, chipped, dirty painted doors & skirtings, stains up the walls,
The room was awful, dirty, tired, Mis matched furniture, heavily stained with cigarette burns, every piece is either chipped, cracked, stained or damaged in some way!
The tv didn’t work, the room safe didn’t work,
The bathroom was grimy, dirty shower tray, chipped, cracked wall & floor tiles, broken toilet seat, someone else’s personal waste in toilet bin,!
TUI use this property so BUYER BE AWARE!

Nothing like the photos on the website
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights the staff were friendly, location was excellent but as for the hotel avoid at all costs. The hotel is so dated and grotty doesn’t look nothing like the pictures on the website. The carpets were all full of stains shower was holding water it looks like there had been a leak in the bathroom and they cut off the door frame instead of replacing it. The kitchen work top looks as if it had been damaged with the cooker but instead of replacing was just left. It’s in a side street that looks old and dirty not appealing at all. The only good thing about it was we found a lovely pub on the corner which we were going to every evening. Unless this hotel had a major revamp I want be returning. Which is a shame as the hotel got so much potential rooms are lovely and big and ideal for families.

Leone Aparthotel over priced
Their website states it’s on an atmospheric side street, not what I would call it,photos attached. I did not find restaurants that near, they were all located at or around town square, being a grey haired solo traveller I did not feel comfortable walking 10 or more minutes for dinner on my own. Room was clean and staff pleasant. Reception isnt as bright as on website, actually quite dark.
This hotel is extremely over priced.

Disgusting
Reception staff are quite friendly.
We found out we were on the 3rd floor and that we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the room. There’s no lift.
Room was extremely basic. Carpets were dirty. Wallpaper was coming off of the wall.
We had AC but it was in the wrong part of the room so the bedroom was absolutely boiling. No plugs next to bed.
Shower wouldn’t fit in the holder on the wall so to shower we had to hold the shower head and put it down when washing.
The sofas were unbelievably uncomfortable.
There is a sign as you walk into the building saying that there is a dining room downstairs yet we were told that breakfast was in another hotel which was 10 minutes away
