Exceeded our expectations. The lobby and room configuration were a bit wonky but very clean and staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was also better than expected (great scrambled eggs and chia seed cups). The location was excellent in the hip Jewish quarter. Gym was bad but that's ok. We recommend!

Perfect

Very nice hotel near public transport and not far from the center. Right next to the Vistula and many local shops. Perfect welcome. Attentive staff. A problem with our reservation (date error, thanks booking.com); upon arrival, Lidia and her colleagues resolved it very quickly
We highly recommend this hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. N.B.: divine breakfast!

Inx hotel Krakow

Hotel is nice, but has an intense room spray aroma in reception which took my breath away. Rooms were clean, our maids were lovely, reception and other staff
We're lovely too. The only gripe I have was the breakfast was poor, one tiny two slice toaster, hot food was brownish scrambled eggs, fried mushrooms, and either dried up beans or chorizo, all in a banbaree, so they were Luke warm, fruit was rock hard, and some things weren't topped up enough.

Average

Clean, well located hotel. The room was small and there was little closet space. The bed was narrow and a towel was completely worn. In terms of sound and air conditioning it was not too bad.

Great central hotel

It’s the second time I’ve been to this hotel this year . I was here with work at Easter and back with my son now . Good hotel , centrally located . Good communication with hotel who can arrange transfers etc . Good breakfast. Recommend.
