This is a simple, clean, and centrally located place. The beds were comfortable, the room small but adequate, and the staff was always willing to give assistance. The restaurant has a limited menu. I had the Korean chicken which was fien, nothing spectacular. The wait staff was attentive. I planned on being out on excursions every day so didn’t need a bunch of room and amenities. I traveled solo. If you want a place to sleep, shower, and change then this is your place. I also was really happy with the unlimited filtered water in a central location on each floor. So much nicer than just one bottle, especially since Poland is under a heat dome.
I’d stay there again!

Location was great right by the river and only a 10min walk to the centre of town. Rooms and staff were excellent. The only two minus was the air-con didn’t get cold enough and the breakfast was a bit of a let down. Not great scrambled eggs and no bacon and hot dog sausages at breakfast. Other than that the breakfast had plenty of choice just get down early if you want full spreed.

Disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience at Ibis Krakow Centrum. The AC didn’t work for all 3 nights, and despite complaining every day, nothing was ever resolved — just endless excuses. Worse than the broken AC was how dismissive and unprofessional the staff were about it. I was repeatedly told it was being handled, clearly just to get rid of me. For the price I paid, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Avoid.

The room was sparkly clean. The location is wonderful, next to Vistula, just steps from old town. Lovely breakfast with various fresh vegetables, pastries, cheese and deli meats. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Very helpful staff and not too far from the main square in krakow. It’s a regular hotel but a real value for the money. I slept like a baby.
