Nice rooms

Retro is very well situated. It is two minutes away from 2 bus stops, and it is quite easy to get on foot to the old center from this point.
The Retro rooms are large and simple. The best part is that the room was warm and the beds, sheets and towels were clean.
The host was very welcoming and helpful.
The parking lot is also at hand, across the street.

Very good value for money

The location is pretty good. Just outside of the city centre but next to the tram. If you want to walk, is about 20 min from the center. The bus from the airport also stop there.
The room very clean, very warm and quiet.
The owner really friendly and helpful.
Generally the hosterl is great if you are looking for a cheap place to stay close to the city centre of Krakow.I'd definitely go back again

Falling apart and disgusting. No service.

If somebody would put a gun to my head and told me I had to stay at Hostel Retro again or pull the trigger, I would take my time to think about it. When the owner/clerk just throws you the keys to your room and doesn't even show you to it, you know you are in for a bad ride. The building is a falling apart block on the wrong side of the river. To get to the center you need either to walk half an hour or pay public transport. After 7PM the owner/clerk leaves and there is no one to answer a question or solve a problem. There is no phone to call him if your mobile doesn't have service abroad. The boy that cleans the rooms leaves the dirty laundry on the hallway. The duvet we had was ment for a single bed and me and my girlfriend had to use a towel to cover us. I wouldn't be back even if it was the last place on Earth. A complete waste of money.

statene alla larga. Sporco, sudicio, proprietario che non ha mai risposto alle mie segnalazioni nelle quali documentavo lo schifo trovato ovunque: stanza, bagno, cucina. Igiene e pulizia non pervenute, inoltre le immagini presenti sulle piattaforme di prenotazione sono a dir poco ingannevoli, direi di anni fa, scattate in condizioni di comodo e non rispecchiano affatto il degrado e la fatiscenza del posto.

Добрыя ўражанні.

Былі ў гэтым аб'екце групай, здымалі два пакоі. Нам спадабалася, чыста, ціха. На агульнай кухні нікога не сустрэлі, карысталіся толькі мы. Рэцэпцыя была заўсёды зачыненая, ключы ад пакояў знайшлі ў паштовай скрыні пры ўваходзе, аб гэтым былі папярэдне паінфармаваныя. Калі ад'язджалі, то ключы пакінулі ў адпаведную скрыню - тут усё на даверы.
У пакоях было чыста, ложкі добрыя. Пакоі 2-3 асабовыя з асобнай прыбіральняй і душам. Як у 1* ці 2* гатэлі. Бераг Віслы, за ім Казімеж і стары горад. Да ўсяго можна дайсці пешшу. Побач прыпынкі трамваяў і аўтобусаў. Цудоўны від з вокнаў на Вавель, на Віслу.
Малавата мэблі ў пакоях, лазенкі патрабуюць касметычнага рамонту.
Выснова - за невысокую цану вельмі добры варыянт з цудоўнай лакалізацыяй.
