No issues whatsoever. Rooms clean, staff friendly, close to transport and city centre. Would I stay there again? Yes

To be fair, the hostel has some pros and cons
Pros:
- Cleanliness
- location ( next to the metro station and close to the old town , but the location is also a big disadvantage as I will explain)
Cons:
- location ( if you are noisy- sensitive person like me, this hostel shouldn’t be in your list, the rooms are next to the Main Street , you can’t sleep over night from the tram and people noisy , if this is not important for you then the hostel might be a good choice)

Staff were great and welcoming. The hostel was good too. Wasn’t much to complain about. An improvement which would’ve made the hostel a tad bit better is a charging outlet on the upper bunks of the bed, also a curtain for privacy. Other than this it was a great stay.

To flee

I am quite disappointed with my stay in Krakow with the hotel that left something to be desired. The sheets were holed and in poor condition. We did not have a closet but simply a very small locker that lets almost nothing in. The worst is yet to come... the bathrooms. With showers that are either freezing or burning, no middle ground. In addition, the showers are so small that you can barely change without encroaching on the next shower. The toilets were clogged for several days, and the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. To flee....

Better.

The photos on the site are too worked, in fact the sheets were not well clean, neither were the towels. As for the bathroom, I'll spare you the details. In the equipment provided, there must have been soap but we are still looking for it...
