Good Value Stay Outside the City

The hotel was simple but comfortable, and we enjoyed staying outside the busy city centre. The hotel is a little dated in places, but it worked well for us and had everything we needed for our stay.
One of the highlights was the lovely stream that runs towards the city. I would highly recommend hiring the electric bikes and cycling into Kraków. The ride takes around 45 minutes and the views along the way are amazing.
The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of minor downsides. I couldn't find the pool table, and unfortunately the hot tub and steam room were out of service during our visit. The swimming pool was open and working, although there was an additional charge to use it.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it offered good value for money. Hopefully, as more guests visit, the hotel will have the opportunity to invest further in updating some of the facilities. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter location away from the city centre.

Amzing place good quiet location swimmingnpool suana steamroom all avalible beds comfortable and room is big good shower rdally happy and confused about it having onmy 1 star rating but happy as it keel the cost down

If all you need is a room

Not too bad but be prepared to go back in time, and to pay extra for absolutely everything else (eg, swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc). They also advertise table tennis and snooker but they do not have them and the hot tub was broken. There's no tea and coffee making facilities on the room. I reported a leak in the bathroom on the first day and no one came to fix it. It's also a good 20 minutes from the center of town. If all you need is somewhere to sleep then it'll be fine.

No airport service as stated in booking. Charged extra fee for late checkin even if booking stated 24hrs reception. Hotel did not reply through messaged on hotels app. Room clean and ok fot the price. But firdt mentioned things feels like false advertisement

I was there just few hours, arrived late so i didnt use much of the facilities. All in all i liked a lot this places. Loved the furniture in the room. My room was spacey and clean. Super nice and quick to respond reception. I had contact via phone, not directly over the desk. Very helpful and patient.
The only thing i could complain abut was that the air conditioning wasnt working so well. My room was cold and i didnt manage to fix the temperature. Since i arrive late at night i didnt have the opportunity to talk to the receptionist to get some help so maybe it was me who couldndt deal with it. Other than that very nice place. Would love to come back.
