Great place to rest.

Very cheap and clean place. Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hostel to anyone. Tram 18 stops right outside and not too far from Planty and the Main Market Square.

I stayed there for a weekend with my parents. The place doesn't have an elevator and my mom had a problem of going up to the third floor by stairs. Shouldn't stay there if you have even minor mobility problems. The room itself was incredibly small, it looked like carved out from a bigger one next door. There was not enough space to move at all. The good thing is localisation, only a short walk from the main square and with plenty of shops nearby. Parking space is available up the street on a private site, you need to pay extra for it. Good option for students and backpackers.

Small but friendly

The staff were really friendly, the communal area was pretty decent with facilities to make a few bits to eat. The room was pretty small for 3 people and just had enough room for the beds, it also got pretty stuffy in there because it was very enclosed and the window opened out onto a wall. The area is only 10 minute walk from the centre and has a few shops around it. Kraków is beautiful and well worth a visit - also very easy to visit Auschwitz from the train station!

Mixed feelings

Me and my boyfriend recently spent a week in room 16.
The room:
Small, dirty, needs painted desperately, uncomfortable bed with sheets far too small, TV doesn't work, guttering outside leaks all night.
The toilet/shower:
Dirty, smelly, noisy as our room was right next door.
The common room:
The only thing that made this hostel nice, an area to make tea, store items in the fridge/freezer and prepare food.
Wifi:
Works in common room but no where else, very weak signal!
Location:
In between main market and shopping centre with local shops and pubs around.
Overall I would not recommend nor visit again, this would be ok if only spending one or two nights but not suitable for us.

Poor Service

The hostel is expensive, far from the main square, the service is poor, the internet doesn't work properly and the prices are high comparing to other ones nearer to the square. The girl in the reception is quite rude sometimes.
