Wonderful and memorable stay!
Truly enjoyed the Double M Hotel. The service was great, the staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was excellent, bed and pillows very comfy, food was very good. Great place!

The food are satisfying.. The room is big and spacious..The staff is very accommodating but the location of the hotel is not tourist friendly it's hard to find a parking space and hard to unload the guest and the hotel is located in a one way street..

Marvelous
I seldom find a place where minimalist interior equals superlative comfort. It started with a fast and seamless check in and you get to know the warm and gracious owners who made sure that the best things are in their hotel. I had a good nights rest with their super comfy beds that i heard the owners tested themselves complimented by soft and fluffy pillows. Our room was beside a busy street but their sound proofing worked because the street noise never bothered me nor did the noise from a party on the 5th floor invade the confines of my room. And the food! Oh my goodness… i forgot my diet! Totsy’s cakes and pastries were to die for… special endorsement to their pecan pie and Almond Marjolaine. The steaks and other offerings from Roadhouse cafe was also superb… the meat is local coming from the owner’s farm. Tisa Lounge also does not disappoint with their cocktails. As I told my friends, I would visit Valencia City and stay here again and again and again!

Very nice and new hotel but slow to fix issues
The rooms are great. It's a new hotel. The beds are very soft! The walls are very well insulated so noise isn't a problem. One issue though is the wifi can't get into the bathroom because of this (so keep that in mind if you need internet when you go #2)
The hot water stopped working on the 2nd night that i stayed. They informed us by a letter that it was being worked on. 3 days later i asked how much longer it would be and it seemed they had forgotten to flip a switch for my room. I then had hot water but it stopped after 10 minutes. They couldn't fix it at night because nobody knew how to fix it. Same thing happened the next day. It was at this point that i realized it was an on demand heater and it was overloading from me running the water too slow. Disappointing that someone didn't know what room to go into to reset the breaker / water heater. Next day it was warm and no longer an issue since i always ran the water at full.
Only other issue is the room doesn't have a refrigerator. You can get ice during the day but they don't have any insulated ice bins so expect to be asking for ice often if you need cold water.

Accommodating and Accessible
Everything in this hotel is great! The rooms are spacious, the food from the restaurants and bakery are all delicious, the staff are so accommodating and friendly, and when you are inside, you will feel the elegance of the hotel and the refreshing vibes with scented smell. Looking forward to visit this hotel again soon and experience the quality service with my family and friends. Congratulations, Double M Hotel!
