Worse Accommodation in Bantayan Island
worse place in Bantayan. such unprofessionalism from this business.
we booked for a family and barkada room, months in advance. paid 50% deposit to secure our rooms. also made reservation for pick up from the port.
on the actual day, no one picked us up! so we had to arrange it ourselves. when we arrived, we were advised that our paid rooms are not available due to extension of stay fron their guests and we were moved to another accommodation without any choice. worse the place we moved to was so tight! they were down playing our inconvenience by saying it's cheaper to move. it's now about the money, we can definitely afford! it's about your unprofessionalism. imagine 10 people who just landed in Bantayan are now looking for a place to stay impromptu! you should be ashame of yourself!
