Palarong Pambansa 2019

The place is in the downtown with restaurant in the ground floor, with lift, nice personnel, security guard, the most notable was the big rooms, with sala set, with closet, with cable tv, shower, aircon ok, price just right.

Expecting for good stay... found out for your self!

I like the room, very big for a lower price. But, i think they should also include the toiletries...
I am not a fan of their food in the restaurant... you better to eat outside or in the other place.
Employees were not really accommodating...most of them dont have a hotel-guest how to make their guest happy...

Cigarette or Durian scented rooms.

You choose between the two.
Pros: Spacious, good location, there are banks on the ground floor, infront is a supermarket.
Cons: Rooms stink. Old furnitures bed and sheets are not comfortable. Rates are not reasonable at all. North Zen and Homitory will really give you a lot of bang for the buck.

Good value hotel in the heart of Davao City's business district

I have stayed here once in 2012. Upon my return in 2014, not much has changed in this hotel. But the room I got this time shows a little depreciation. The service is just about the same as 2012, but the price has gone down from 1,450 to 1,300 this time around with breakfast included. It's probably due to competition in the area.
There is an NCCC Supermarket in front of the hotel for any personal items like toothpaste, bottled water or anything else you need. Sterling Bank of Asia is in front of the hotel grounds and a Banco De Oro beside the hotel. Located in downtown Davao City's business district, the place is quiet at night with not so many vehicles passing by at night. There is an Ombu Chicken House at the ground floor. Or you can hail a cab and find restaurants around Davao City.
This is not a tourist hotel. This is a place for businessmen or company personnel with sales or other functions in Davao City. Parking is ample at the back.
The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. The bathroom has adequate water pressure with adequate heating. The hotel soap has a minty smell, like eucalyptus, but does not feel like eucalyptus. The room also has a 21" Philips CRT TV with adequate cable channels. There is a water heater jug and glasses and coffee cups. you can request for a jug of water but you'll have to buy your own instant coffee.
Wi-fi is free and connectivity is very good and uninterrupted. As before, the room access is via key card and the room power depends on the insertion of the key card at the slot on the wall.

Nice Place,Big Room

Very cozy Hotel near to St.Anna Warf,Gateway to Samal Island. Room is very spacious,was quite surprised. Clean Bathroom and Beddings,small TV. Located near to the Chinese Market,worth a visit if you want to buy cheap. Sleeping quality is great because no noises at all. Good value for the Money.
